The name PCA originates from "Pro Concept Automotive" a nod to our roots within a group of companies committed to delivering innovative solutions across various industries. This heritage has laid the foundation for our journey as a global leader in embedded cybersecurity, enabling us to combine expertise, innovation, and a forward-thinking mindset to meet the evolving demands of the digital world.

Founded in 2019, PCA Cyber Security - formerly known as PCAutomotive - has been at the forefront of securing embedded devices through penetration testing, threat intelligence, and continuous cybersecurity monitoring services. With 3 key locations across Europe -Munich (Germany), Madrid (Spain), and its headquarters in Budapest (Hungary) - PCA Cyber Security has grown into a trusted partner for manufacturers and enterprises seeking to safeguard their digital ecosystems.

In Budapest, PCA Cyber Security houses its state-of-the-art CyberLab and CyberGarage, dedicated facilities that drive innovation and excellence in cybersecurity. These hubs serve as the heart of our research and testing, where our experts continually refine and enhance security protocols, ensuring that the most advanced threats are countered with precision.

PCA Cyber Security is fully compliant with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) requirements and holds a valid TISAX label.

The company has attained TISAX Assessment Level 3, which includes the protection of information with very high protection needs, the protection of prototype parts and components, as well as objectives for very high availability and strict confidentiality.

At the beginning, PCAutomotive originally provided comprehensive security assessments and helped OEMs and suppliers develop secure digital products. Its offerings have expanded to include a complete range of Automotive Penetration Testing, Vehicle Threat Intelligence, and Product SOC (PSOC) services, ensuring a holistic approach to automotive cybersecurity.

As the threat landscape evolves, so too does PCA Cyber Security. What began as a company focused on securing automotive embedded systems has expanded to serve industries including financial technology (fintech), manufacturing, consumer electronics, energy, utilities, and more. Our rebranding to PCA Cybersecurity reflects our broader commitment to securing critical infrastructure and sensitive data across diverse sectors.

With our growing expertise and after years of experience supporting ATM and payment devices manufacturers, payment solution providers, we decided to join the PCI SSC community. 

PCA Cyber Security is a proud Associate Participating Organization (APO) of PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) since March, 2026.

Mátyás Canter-Hiszem is Head of Business Development at PCA Cyber Security. With a background in electrical engineering and computer science, he has built extensive expertise in cybersecurity. Mátyás bridges technical and commercial domains, helping organizations improve their product security strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

Gianfranco is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic innovation, and global pre-sales initiatives in the enterprise security sector. As Chief Operating Officer at PCA Cyber Security (since July 2021), he oversees operational management, strategic planning, leadership and people development, financial oversight, and cutting-edge technology adoption, empowering the firm to deliver robust cyber solutions for embedded systems.
Previously, Gianfranco served as Head of Global Pre-Sales at Kaspersky, where he spearheaded strategic projects for enterprises, major CERTs, government bodies, and law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Vlad Ryabyshkin is a cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in text analysis and machine learning. As the Chief Technology Officer at PCA Cyber Security, he leads the development of advanced cybersecurity solutions for software-defined vehicles. Vlad is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and has shared his expertise at industry conferences, including

Kamilla is a seasoned marketing and business development leader with extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and communications. As Marketing Director at PCA Cyber Security, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand and outreach strategies in various sectors, including automotive, fintech, energy, industry and more. Kamilla actively participates in industry events and has been instrumental in expanding PCA Cyber Security's presence across various markets.
